Installation

Formly Plugin installation doesn’t differ from any other plugin installation process, so you might be familiar with this process already. If not, please follow instructions below. The zip you have downloaded, please unzip it and then you will see 2 files.

Plugin Installation

Steps of Installation

Step 1 Login to your website (WordPress admin) .

Step 2 Navigate to Plugins >> Click on Add New.

Step 3 Click on Upload Plugin button.

Step 4 Browse to the plugin's zip file and choose that file.

Step 5 Click “Install Now” button and wait while plugin is uploaded on your server.

Step 6 Now, Activate the plugin by clicking on "Activate Plugin" button.

Step 7: Once it will get Activated you will see FormBuilder icon on WordPress dashboard.

Forms

Form option displays the existing forms and you can also edit, delete, download and copy the existing form. You can also create new form, import/export the forms.

Create New Create New button allows you to create the form.

Export You can export the form.

Import It helps you in importing the form.

Edit You can edit the existing form through this icon.

Copy Using this icon, you can copy the form.

Download To download the form, use this option.

Delete Through this option, you can delete the form.

How to Create Form

1. To create a new form, click on Create new button, a popup will open, in which you need to put form name and click the Create button.

2. After click on the Create button, it will redirect you to the form edit screen. There are multiple settings available on the edit screen.

3. You can resize these columns by clicking on arrows which are available in the top left corner of the column. Now you can drag the input fields from the left panel of the screen to the column. Each input field have their own settings, that can be customized.
