Our 180 Ton Pressure Die Casting facility is designed for the production of high-quality aluminium components with excellent dimensional accuracy, repeatability and surface finish. The machine is well suited for manufacturing medium-sized, precision-engineered components for diverse industrial applications.
180 Ton Pressure Die Casting
Our pressure die casting process combines controlled metal flow, high injection pressure and precision tooling to produce complex aluminium components efficiently. The 180-ton machine provides the required clamping force to maintain die stability during casting and supports consistent production for medium-volume and high-volume requirements.
Key Capabilities
180 Ton Clamping Force
Robust die-clamping capability for stable and consistent casting operations.
Precision Aluminium Components
Suitable for manufacturing complex components with detailed geometries and consistent dimensions.
High Production Efficiency
Designed for repeatable production with controlled cycle times and consistent output.
Excellent Surface Finish
Pressure die casting enables smooth and uniform component surfaces, reducing the need for extensive finishing operations.
Consistent Quality
Controlled casting parameters help maintain dimensional accuracy and product-to-product consistency.
Our Pressure Die Casting Process
01. Die Preparation
The precision die is prepared and conditioned according to the component requirements.
02. Aluminium Melting
High-quality aluminium alloy is melted under controlled conditions to achieve the required casting properties.
03. High-Pressure Injection
Molten aluminium is injected into the die cavity at high speed and pressure, filling intricate sections of the component.
04. Solidification & Cooling
The casting is allowed to solidify under controlled cooling conditions to maintain dimensional stability.
05. Ejection
Once solidified, the finished component is safely ejected from the die.
06. Finishing & Inspection
Cast components undergo trimming, finishing and quality inspection as required before final dispatch.
